Shipping & Returns
Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
  • We are currently delivering only to Cyprus addresses. Delivery is free for all orders valued at €50 or more (*limited time offer). For orders less than that the delivery cost is calculated at check out and it’s a flat amount of €4.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
  • We expect orders to be packed within 48 hours of when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped we will notify you via email, we expect the parcel to arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
How do I cancel my order?

  • Can I return my order?
  • Should you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to return the order from the date of purchase for a full refund. All returns items must be in the original sealed packaging and must be unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order details at pouroutos@cytanet.com.cy
  • Once we have been contacted we will advise you the steps in having the device returned to us.
What is your returns policy?
  • You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
